Shaggy & Sting Take Over Times Square With “Til A Mawnin”

New Music Friday Billboard Lands in NYC Following Release of New Single & Video

Shaggy and Sting’s latest single, “Til A Mawnin,” is making waves following its release on February 28 via Ranch Entertainment & VP Records. The track’s momentum hit a new high with a New Music Friday billboard takeover in New York City’s Times Square, marking a major post-release milestone.

A tribute to reggae’s Sound System culture, “Til A Mawnin” blends Sting’s signature melodies with Shaggy’s dynamic toasting, fusing classic reggae vibes with contemporary energy. The song is a re-lick of the “I’m Not Getting Crazy” riddim, originally produced by Henry “Junjo” Lawes with backing from the Roots Radics Band, a foundation for classic reggae anthems by Don Carlos, Frankie Paul, and Yellowman.

The track, produced by Shaggy and Shane Hoosong, was mixed by four-time Grammy winner Robert Orton and mastered by Gene Grimaldi at Oasis Mastering. The music video, directed by Jay Will, visually celebrates reggae’s enduring influence.

Both artists, managed by Martin Kierszenbaum at the Cherrytree Music Company, are set to perform at the Reggae Rise Up Festival on March 13 in St. Petersburg, FL.
