People’s Sound Records on All Saints Road, Notting Hill, London has achieved national and global cult status in the Reggae world. The shop, nestled into the back streets of Notting Hill on the historic road, cultivates almost pilgrimage like status for Reggae fans. For decades, it was owned and run by Daddy Vego of People’s Sound Soundsystem, who championed Reggae and Rastafari culture. Today the shop is a veritable treasure trove of Dancehall and all things Reggae.
