With his catalog of hit songs (“Good Woman,” “Soul Provider,” “Do You Remember,” “LoveSick” and more), Romain Virgo and his band will perform new material on his UK multiple city tour. Beginning October 23rd, Romain will play at Band on the Wall in Manchester. His tour will end October 27th at 2Funky Music Café in Leicester.
Speaking to Seani B on BBC 1Xtra, Romain shared how important his UK fans are, and that he is eager to perform his classic songs as well as new material. Songs such as “Good Woman” and “Driver” are new to the crooner’s catalog and live performance set when the artist hits the stage.
Romain’s newest song, “Switch You On” will make its debut in the UK. The playful single brings classic romance to sleek modern production. About the song Romain says “this one is a bit different from what I normally do in terms of the energy and singing style. I got the opportunity to show off the falsetto side of my voice, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Our intention was to make a song that people can sing along to, something they can dance to – and I know this is it.”
