REPLACES SANCHEZ ON GRACE JAMAICAN JERK FESTIVAL NY
Queens, NY – Reggae crooner Sanchez, one of the headline acts billed to perform on the Main Stage at the 5th annual Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival slated to take place at Roy Wilkins Park in Queens, New York on Sunday, July 19th will not perform, Eddy Edwards, CEO of Jamaican Jerk Festival USA Inc. said.
“I spoke with his manager yesterday and was told that he will not be able to perform as scheduled on Sunday because of personal circumstances beyond his control. Sanchez apologizes to his fans and will make it up to them in the future” he said. International reggae/dancehall superstar Baby Cham will replace Sanchez on the bill.
“Baby Cham is a respected artist who has recorded hits like ‘Ghetto Story,’ ‘Vitamin S,’ ‘Many Many’ and ‘Babylon Bwoy’ and has collaborated with international superstars like Alicia Keys and Sean Paul. We are delighted he was able to accept our invitation at such short notice” Edwards said.
